To obtain treatment :

To ensure you are seen as promptly as possible when you visit us, consultations and treatments are by appointment only. Please contact us to book a time convenient to you.

Please allow plenty of time for your visit so we can give you all the information you require. Occasionally your appointment may be slightly delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, but we will endeavour to keep you informed if this is the case.

New Patients are asked to pay a £10 deposit to reserve an initial appointment. Please see the New Patients page for more details.

To cancel treatment :

The time for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you cannot attend an appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that it can be reallocated.

Failure to attend for an appointment :

We have many requests for emergency treatment and it is unfair to these patients if time is wasted by somebody that does not attend. Therefore we do request that appointments are cancelled as above otherwise a charge may be made.
