Investor In People identifies practices with a highly trained and motivated workforce.

VT Trainers

Accredited vocational training practice are approved to carry out postgraduate training. To reach this standard shows a strong commitment to training, Health and Safety compliance, and an extensive and broad range of high quality clinical skills and services. Competition to be VT accredited is strong as registration can only be conferred on a limited number of practices. We have achieved this standard for seven successive years, and postgraduate training been provided by Phil and Davesh all that time.

BDA Good Practice Award

This was achieved in 2008, awarded by the British Dental Association in recognition of practices that achieve, and can prove to their inspectors, the highest standards of clinical governance, and management. This involves a whole range of practice aspects, such as health and safety, cross infection policies, staff management and training, and continuous professional development of the dentists. 

Further Training Awards

The individual dentists have a number of certificates for courses and achievements above that which is necessary to carry out general practice dentistry. We are continuously studying to achieve higher diplomas and degrees at UK Universities and the Royal College of Surgeons.
