We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason. Please be patient.

If you have to cancel an appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements - perhaps to see someone in pain! In cases where less than 24 hours notice is given, and we cannot give your appointment to another patient, we may have to charge you for lost time.

Charges

A quotation of the cost of your treatment will normally be given at your first appointment.Payment will be due following your consultation and at each subsequent visit should any treatment be carried out. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit card. We will normally require that payments are made as treatment progresses

Emergencies

If you have a problem during surgery hours, telephone the practice before 10am and our reception staff will ensure that you're offered an appointment on the same day. Please make it clear that you're in need of urgent attention and that the matter is not routine.

At evenings and weekends you should call the practice on 01270 627 544 an answer phone message will give you the mobile No. of the on call dentist where you will be given advice on emergency treatment. This service is for registered patients only.
