If you have a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you're offered an appointment on a priority basis.

Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity. Please contact us as early in the morning as possible. In order to be able to see patients promptly for their appointments, patients are seen strictly by prearranged appointment. Do not just turn up without an appointment.

Please follow our guidance for emergency arrangements. During out of surgery hours and week-ends, call our practice and follow our answerphone instructions.
