New reminder service

We have recently introduced a new text message reminder service. A message will be sent to your mobile phone or home phone reminding you of the time of your appointment 72 hours before your appointment.

Staff changes

Two of our receptionists will be leaving at the end of September . Sally and Wendy have both worked at the practice for over 20 years. They know so many of our patients and are going to be greatly missed by all of us! We will miss their lovely smiles and laughs! Good luck in all they do in the future.

Denplan Rates

We think you will find our Denplan rates very competitive compared to other practices capitation schemes in the area. We welcome new Denplan patients.

Our rates are as follows for 2010:

Band A£11.36

Band B£14.83

Band C£19.43

Band D£25.69

Band E£34.04 per month.

These monthly payments cover all of your dental treatment apart from laboratory bills and implants.

Your Denplan membership can be transferred if you are registered with a different practice at the moment.

Now settled in our new premises

Mr Rautenbach and Mr Roberts are the new owners, and Mr Collard remains an associate dentist at the practice. All of our receptionists, 4 of our nurses, our practice manager and all three of our Hygienists have also relocated to the new surgery. They will continue to trade as "Dentalcare@Nailsea". Our new premises has level access and disabled facilities which will greatly improve the service we offer to our patients. The 4 new surgeries are very modern and use the latest dental techniques and equipment. We hope that our existing patients will like our new practice as much as we do and recommend us to their freinds.On 9th May we are having an open morning which will give you a chance to look around the new practice.
