Registered Patients

We have an out-of-hours emergency service for patients registered with our practice ONLY.

Just phone the normal surgery number and a recorded message will give you the mobile number. The calls are answered by dentists from this practice only. Alternatively, if you have a severe problem such as uncontrolled pain, swelling, bleeding or trauma. you can contact the Avon Dental out of hours (OOH) emergency service which is located at the Bristol Gate Access Centre on 0845 120 6680 for NHS emergency care. They will assess your problem and if appropriate you will be offered an appointment at a central clinic, but plese note that this service is extremely busy so you may have to wait for an answer. The service is open each evening between 6 -9pm and 8am -5pm on Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays. If you are not exempt from NHS charges there will be a charge of £16.50.

The charge for emergency call outs at our practice is £100. There is of course no call out fee for Denplan patients.
