Number - 07503 181619 This service is for: 1. Patients with extreme dental emergencies ONLY that cannot wait until a normal practice working day. 2. Patients registered with this practice only with DENPLAN CARE and PRIVATE contracts only 3. There will be a call out fee of £100.00 for all patients without a Denplan Care or Denplan Essentials contract. 4. This service will be answered on weekdays from 6pm until 8pm and at weekends from 9am until 2pm
